ARTICLE WRITING

From February 2018 - January 2019 I spent 1 year internship period working in local online media Medcom.id's Xinwen (Mandarin news) division to complete obligatory 3+1 Enrichment Program from my campus. I was officially positioned as International News Translator even though my works mostly involved Mandarin news compared to English and Bahasa Indonesia ones.

Since 2015 until now I'm also a contributor for nonprofit news portal GwiGwi.com. Our coverage is focused on pop culture, either from Japan and/or the West. All articles I’ve written for this media can be seen on my GwiGwi profile.

TRANSLATION

COPYWRITING

From March 2020 - July 2020 I was working in Viral MGC, a marketing agency. I started as an intern and then was positioned as Project Manager from June 2020 - mid July.With the editor team, I mainly handled client’s social media contents and interacting with netizens by replying their messages or comments to grow engagement between brand and audiences.Additionally, I helped arranging KOL (Key Opinion Leader) lists and communicated with clients, especially those who came from Chinese-based companies, such as Likee, TikTok, WeTV, and Wuling.

PHOTOGRAPHY & EDITING

I was an active member in my major’s organization, HIMANDA Binus (Bina Nusantara Chinese Literature Student Association) from 2016-2018. Before getting a position as treasurer for Alam Sutera Campus branch in 2017, I helped Creative & Art Division managing HIMANDA’s social media posts and events documentation.

Aside from campus activities and work, I post photography or editing on my personal Instagram @leiarsa as well, whether it’s processed using simple device like mobile phone, or DSLR camera and more complicated application. Contents that I usually publish are related to personal life, my writing, events I attended to, scenery, architecture/buildings, food, art, or music.

Currently I'm also the video editor/social media manager for CHANNEL RIMMZ , which is a YouTube channel focusing on short and simple cooking videos demonstrated by my own father as the main cook for each episode. Our idea to run the channel came from my mother's habit to ask "What does father want to cook today?" when she wasn't able to cook by herself due to time and sickness, so we combine it with our love for food into content creating. This is still an ongoing project and we try to improve and publish more interesting videos time to time.
